In 2011 we through our old customers introduced a British customer, until now in cooperation, and every month over the single and the British customers.
A British client was recommended by our regular client in 2011, and we are doing business till now. This client placed orders every month, and cooperated with us for some big brand of shower curtain. Although the regular client brings us into contact with the British client, we do our best for fast-speed service and nice quality from making samples to quote competitive price for the client. We are cooperating very smoothly not only for the regular products but also the new developed products. We together developed one shower curtain that spent a lot of time on making samples and adjusting for the new fabric in order to make perfect match. Surely, we failed many times but we never gave up and succeeded finally. And this curtain is our one of best seller now. To solve the water proof problem, we purchase a test machine and sent each order to the test center. According to the result of testing, we adjust the quantity of accessory ingredient, to the end, we spent half of year to solve this problem finally. The trust of client and best service is the center strength of cooperation.
The British client introduced another American client to us in 2013, and we start to do another our major production-tablecloth. We cooperated with this American client for some famous brands and products are various. Because lack of experience, we have some stock in order to satisfied the quantity of the order, but later we were familiar with the procedure and know the wastage of the fabric. Treat the client as family, know what they need, not only quote the price, but also the service. We required ourselves that email should no be exceed for 12 hours, the sample should be double checked before sent, control each order in time and contact with client often. If we can flow the procedure just like this, save the client is not the problem.
